📋 Description

• Onboarding and training across a broad range of tasks and responsibilities under the guidance of experienced managers • Managing, monitoring and controlling an assigned department • Providing both operational/technical and disciplinary leadership for the team • Ensuring on-time delivery of services while complying with defined quality standards • Participation in training programs and mentoring for personal development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification • Ideally, initial professional experience in sales, distribution or the furniture industry • Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills • Assertiveness, confident presence and excellent communication skills • Resilience and willingness to take on responsibility • Leadership potential and the ability to motivate and inspire people and teams
