• Managing existing clients and acquiring new customers • Conducting sales trips • Participating in trade and travel fairs • Preparing proposals, contracts and billing for group business • Close communication and cooperation with all hotel departments • Greeting and attending to groups; coordinating, preparing and executing events; supporting the sales team • Maintaining the customer database "NextGuest" and entering group reservations in the booking system "Suite8" (training provided if needed) • Administrative tasks
• At least 1–2 years of professional experience in hotels, sales, administration or reservations • Reliable, communicative and able to work under pressure • Friendly demeanour • Team player with a neat appearance and good manners • Excellent German and good written and spoken English
