📋 Description

• Modify and prototype gameplay in Unity, including mechanics, visuals, features, UI, cameras, and gameplay variations • Build flexible Unity apps and internal tools for video and playable-ad production • Produce multiple game variations to test hooks, mechanics, visuals, and player experiences • Debug, fix issues, optimize performance, and ensure technical reliability • Use ad results and performance learnings to improve creative concepts and gameplay • Participate in brainstorming and propose gameplay, creative, and technical ideas • Leverage AI and emerging tools to increase production speed and creativity

🎯 Requirements

• Years of experience as a Creative Developer or Unity Developer in mobile games • Strong Unity and C# expertise • Experience modifying existing games, gameplay, mechanics, visuals, and features • Debugging and optimization skills • Ability to turn creative ideas into gameplay variations, prototypes, and high-performing ad concepts • Strong mobile gaming and creative understanding • Knowledge of performance creatives, playable ads, and social/mobile ad trends • Fast prototyping and iteration skills • Ability to balance speed and quality in a high-volume, test-and-learn environment • Autonomous and collaborative approach • Ability to work with Creative, Game Dev, and UA teams • Ability to use performance data to iterate on concepts • AI-assisted creative/development workflows, Blender, Photoshop, shaders, VFX, or Unity tools experience is a bonus
