📋 Description

• Host engaging 30–45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates • Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit • Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy • Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation • Represent our company’s culture and values in every conversation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and public speaking skills (recruiting experience a plus!) • Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera • Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven • Tech-savvy and organized while working independently • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Weekly Pay • Training: $15/hr • $17.50–$20/hr once fully onboarded • Bonuses: $1,000–$3,000+ weekly potential (based on performance) • 100% Remote: Work from anywhere • Flexible Schedule: Create your own hours (some weekends required) • Quarterly Travel to Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Cleveland & an out of country retreat each winter season
