• Facilitation of instructor led leadership and functional training courses • Performing administrative duties including calendar planning, classroom preparation and inspection • Partnering with the Learning Design & Development team on the development and maintenance of courses • Participating in special projects as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree preferred • At least 7 years prior experience in related field (Training and Development, Leadership & Organizational development, Human Resources) • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, and beginner knowledge of Word and Excel
