• Identify and engage potential clients in companies that have awarded contracts to language service providers. • Research and map key decision-makers in target companies using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and corporate directories. • Execute personalized outreach campaigns through email, social media, and cold calling. • Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects, understand their needs, and assess alignment with our services. • Nurture leads by providing relevant content such as case studies, white papers, and insights tailored to industry needs. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM. • Schedule qualified appointments for Customer Care Managers and ensure a smooth handoff with complete lead information. • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and collaborate to improve targeting strategies. • Report regularly to the Sales Manager on lead generation performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline status.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (experience in the language services industry is a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to conduct market research and work independently. • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools like Apollo. • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. • Located in Asia-Pacific or LATAM region.
