📋 Description

• Develop, review and monitor credit policies. • Analyze credit approval rules. • Monitor risk, approval, delinquency, fraud and portfolio performance indicators. • Analyze data and propose improvements to credit policies, rules, workflows and processes. • Support the implementation of strategies in systems, pipelines and decision engines. • Identify opportunities to increase approvals while maintaining risk controls. • Collaborate with Risk, Sales, Operations and IT teams. • Participate in continuous improvement, automation and credit process evolution projects. • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields. • Previous experience in credit analysis, credit risk or credit policy. • Experience with credit origination processes, preferably in financing, consumer financing (CDC), leasing or consumer credit. • Knowledge of risk indicators such as approval rates, delinquency/default, PD (Probability of Default), fraud and portfolio performance. • Experience with decision engines, credit rules or approval workflows. • Basic knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), Bacen (Central Bank of Brazil) and compliance in the financial sector. • Experience with data analysis, report building and generating insights. • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. • Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar tools. • Willingness to travel. • Basic English.
