📋 Description

• Develop, review and apply credit policies for consortiums. • Analyze documentation, financial capacity and risk profiles of consortium members. • Define criteria for approval and release of letters of credit. • Monitor risk indicators, delinquency, cancellations, subscription and performance. • Propose improvements to credit policies, processes, workflows and rules. • Support the implementation of rules in systems, decision engines and operational flows. • Work closely with Operations, Sales, Collections, Risk and IT teams. • Support audit, governance and regulatory compliance requests. • Ensure adherence to Bacen regulations, internal policies and credit best practices. • Identify risks and opportunities to optimize credit granting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields. • Prior experience in credit analysis, credit policy or credit risk. • Experience with consortiums, financial institutions, administrators or similar products. • Knowledge of award/contemplation processes, credit release and guarantees. • Experience analyzing repayment capacity, income, financial history and default risk. • Knowledge of portfolio performance indicators, delinquency, cancellations and approval metrics. • Understanding of consortium regulation, Bacen (Central Bank of Brazil), LGPD and compliance. • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite. • Practical experience with Power BI. • Availability to travel. • Intermediate English.
