📋 Description

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. • Maintain and update employee and candidate records. • Assist with preparing HR documents and contracts. • Support employee communication and engagement activities. • Help improve and organize internal HR processes. • Conduct basic HR research and support special HR projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a university student. • Previous HR experience is preferred. • Available to work at least 20 hours per week. • Must be required to complete a mandatory university internship (Praktikum). • Currently residing in Germany or another European country. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Good command of English; German is a plus. • Ability to work carefully with legal documents and enter dates accurately. • Real commitment, responsibility, and several hours of genuine work.
