📋 Description

• Guide new clients from initial contact through to individualized financial planning • Conduct advisory meetings, analyze protection and retirement needs, and develop tailored solutions • Work according to established standards, document processes, and ensure smooth execution • Serve as the primary point of contact, respond to client inquiries reliably, and maintain strong customer relationships • Structure processes, support the team, and continuously optimize workflows

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (Abitur) or completed commercial/vocational training, or an equivalent/higher qualification • Residence in Germany • Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working style • Reliable, professional, and friendly communication – in person, by phone, and digitally • Willingness to work within clear systems and defined procedures • Take responsibility for your own area and complete tasks thoroughly • Experience in customer advisory, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required
