📋 Description

• Guide new customers from initial contact through personalized financial planning • Conduct customer consultations • Analyze insurance, protection, and retirement planning needs • Develop tailored solutions • Work according to established standards and maintain reliable documentation • Ensure smooth and efficient processing • Respond to customer inquiries and follow up as needed • Build strong, long-term customer relationships • Support the team and continuously optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

• German Abitur (university entrance qualification), completed commercial training, or an equivalent or higher-level qualification • Reside in Germany • Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work • Clear, professional, and friendly communication—in person, by phone, and digitally • Willingness to work within clearly defined systems and processes • Ability to take ownership and reliably complete tasks • Experience in customer consulting, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required
