📋 Description

• Partner closely with Account Executives to drive opportunities across small and mid-sized organizations by supporting discovery, demos, and technical evaluations. • Join customer conversations to understand their infrastructure, security maturity, and business priorities. • Show prospects how NodeZero helps identify real attack paths, validate security controls, and reduce risk. • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical buyers and executive stakeholders. • Develop the confidence to answer customer questions, guide conversations, and help move deals forward. • Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve customer experience and share market feedback. • Learn modern cybersecurity concepts, offensive security methodologies, and consultative selling skills from experienced mentors.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or another customer-facing technical role • Strong interest in cybersecurity and desire to build a long-term career in the space • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics • High curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to learn • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Based in Chicago or open to relocating there
