📋 Description

• Serve as the external point of contact for customers via email, chat, phone, and social media • Manage and support the community on social media • Assist customers with tailored solutions • Work closely with the team to optimize processes • Conduct evaluations and analyses to improve service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German • Good command of English • Genuine interest in working with customers • Independent and reliable work approach • Previous customer service experience is a plus • Enrolled at a university or college (Bachelor's or Master's program)
