• You are responsible for the strategic planning and operational execution of our social media channels, with a focus on Meta (Instagram & Facebook - organic), TikTok and Pinterest • You will create, plan and publish engaging content that excites our target audience and authentically represents our brand • You will develop creative content formats and campaigns that activate our community and increase engagement • Performance analysis of our social media activities is part of your role – you track relevant KPIs and derive optimization measures • You are the heart of our community: you respond to direct messages, reply to comments and maintain active dialogue with our followers • By actively commenting, liking and reposting you strengthen ties with our equestrian community and foster a lively, positive atmosphere • You will develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy for the equestrian sector to raise brand awareness and reach our target audience • You identify relevant influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the equestrian world—such as veterinarians, riding coaches or farriers—who fit our brand, connect with them and negotiate collaborations • Managing existing influencer relationships and building a network of new top influencers and KOLs in the equestrian field are core responsibilities • You create campaign concepts and briefs for influencers and KOLs to communicate our messages and objectives effectively • You will further develop our influencer affiliate program to automate processes and expand the community • You manage content creators for user-generated content (UGC) and lifestyle content to generate authentic and diverse material for our channels • Coordinating product tests, shoots and content productions with creators is part of your responsibilities • You develop and manage sponsorship programs for riding clubs to make Horze tangible for customers beyond the digital realm and in everyday stable life • Organizing activities and events in cooperation with influencers, KOLs and the equestrian community strengthens our brand presence and fosters community engagement
• You have completed a degree in marketing, communications, media or sports management, or you have a comparable vocational qualification • You have professional experience in social media management, community management and/or influencer marketing, ideally in the equestrian sector • A good understanding of horses and solid knowledge of equestrian sports are essential for this role – you understand the needs and language of our community • You are a social media professional with hands-on experience on Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok and Pinterest and are familiar with their best practices and trends • As a Canva expert you create attractive graphics and visual content for our social channels independently • Your creativity and sense for visual aesthetics help you produce engaging content that delights our target audience • You have a knack for community work: you communicate empathetically, authentically and always strike the right tone—both for positive and critical topics • You bring an analytical mindset and can evaluate performance metrics to make data-driven decisions • Your structured and independent way of working helps you keep track even with diverse tasks • You are a team player with strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with internal teams and external partners • Your profile is completed by fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
