• Creative mastermind: You develop and design creatives (images and videos) for social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest • Teamwork makes the dream work: You collaborate closely with the media buyers on your team to ensure your creatives perform strongly • Trends: You stay on top of the latest creative trends, research them and incorporate them into your creations • Performance analysis: You analyze the performance of creatives in the account and share learnings with the team • Quality assurance: You ensure that creative best practices and processes are followed for your clients • Content: You plan and brief creator shoots and bring fresh content to the forefront • Client management: You manage client projects and handle communication with clients • Optional: You are responsible for campaign setup in the Ads Manager and for optimizing those campaigns
• Completed vocational training or degree in Communication Design, Media Design or a related field • Understanding of branding, advertising psychology and communication principles; strong attention to detail • 2–3 years' experience creating advertisements, preferably for paid social • 2–3 years' agency experience (prioritizing and working on multiple projects simultaneously; client communication experience) • You spend a lot of time on Instagram, TikTok and similar platforms and enjoy consuming other brands' advertising • Canva is your second home and you already work with InDesign and Photoshop • Experience with CapCut and Illustrator is a plus • You are organized, structured and have worked on larger team projects • You are bursting with creativity and always have strong creative concepts ready • Ability to interpret key Ads Manager KPIs (optional) and willingness to dive deeper into the Ads Manager (required) • Native-level German language skills
