📋 Description

• You develop a cross-platform content strategy for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok • You plan, coordinate, and optimize our content calendar • You design campaigns, series formats, and scalable content mechanics • You analyze performance data and derive concrete optimization measures • You run A/B tests for hooks, thumbnails, titles, and formats • You identify trends early and translate them into high-performing content ideas • You work closely with our video editor and strategically manage content production • You develop engagement and community strategies • You define clear growth goals and track their achievement

🎯 Requirements

• You have demonstrable success in social media management — ideally in the educational, crypto, trading, or finance sectors. • Growth is not just a buzzword for you. • You think in KPIs, conversion, retention, and scaling. • You understand the algorithms of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok not just superficially, but strategically. • You are confident using analytics tools like Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc., and derive concrete actions from them. • You can develop viral ideas — but always with a clear strategic objective. • Independent, structured, and responsible. No micromanagement required.
