📋 Description

• Discover opportunities and deliver solutions in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Business teams • Understand different customer profiles by analyzing data and behavior to improve products • Define and prioritize the product roadmap with the team, ensuring strategic alignment • Create user stories and participate in product development, ensuring clarity in the backlog and acceptance criteria • Conduct market and competitive research, contributing strategic insights • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, ensuring expected outcomes are achieved • Lead workshops and ideation sessions, including customer journey mapping and solution prototyping

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience working with digital products; experience in the Hosting segment is a plus • Results-oriented, measuring and optimizing the impact of initiatives • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions, especially with Design and Engineering teams • Knowledge of agile development and a mindset focused on continuous improvement • Analytical ability and experience collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making
