📋 Description

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across the DACH region — with Germany as the focus market. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates in these markets. • Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and ensure continuous partner performance improvement. • Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to grow Hostinger's visibility and revenue across DACH. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities for each local market. • Monitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth-oriented optimizations. • Leverage automation and AI tools in your daily work to increase efficiency and partner engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management. • Deep understanding of the DACH digital and affiliate landscape — including knowledge of key local publishers, tech media, coupon sites, price-comparison platforms (e.g. Idealo, Geizhals), and digital communities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. • Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnerships. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with cultural fluency in German-speaking markets. • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • General proficiency in using AI and automation tools in daily workflows. • Fluent in English and German.
