📋 Description

• Build new features across the Card platform, including Trends & Insights, engagement and recognition improvements, points expiration, and off-platform redemption • Own frontend work end-to-end, from design collaboration through testing and deployment • Become the subject-matter expert for frontend code • Improve test automation coverage using Playwright • Instrument observability and A/B testing to understand performance and identify gaps • Proactively contribute ideas to improve the product and raise the quality bar • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to identify opportunities and execute high-quality solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong React experience and ability to build modular, reusable components • Product mindset with ability to identify gaps and propose solutions independently • Familiarity with Playwright or a comparable end-to-end test automation framework • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or equivalent • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Amplitude • Experience with frontend observability tools such as Datadog • Candidates must be based in Latin America • Nice to have: Track record of leading features end-to-end with Product, Design, and backend engineers • Nice to have: Experience writing technical documents or planning bug-bashes
