📋 Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and communication of global learning activities • Develop and maintain the Core Skills Catalogue • Manage the administration and tracking of FUNDAE credits • Own and update the Uni Lobby and Talent Insights Newsletter • Consult with internal stakeholders for digital learning solutions • Implement projects that support career development • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions • Shape communication strategies for the Uni team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in managing global learning programs and digital solutions • Strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to consult and collaborate across functions • Capable of evaluating learning effectiveness and ROI • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools • Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages a plus • Creative thinker, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about employee development
