• Independent operational management of projects for our international client in the automotive industry, taking into account time and budget constraints • Updating and maintaining project plans and status lists • Monitoring and coordinating internal and external processes in line with the Delivery Lead’s requirements • Ensuring compliance with production and media schedules • Preparing cost estimates and monitoring budget progress • Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of promotional materials across all channels • Managing and controlling process and production workflows • Collaborating with the entire team, including the Delivery Lead, Client Lead, various internal departments and external partners
• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Communication or a comparable qualification • At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in a communications agency with a 360° approach/asset production • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and experience using project management tools • Ability to read and interpret production and media schedules • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player • Committed work style, flexibility, strong communication skills and organisational ability • High quality standards and a structured way of working • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken • Knowledge of information security and information-security awareness
