• Act as a supportive liaison between the agency, suppliers and clients • Initial conception, implementation and monitoring of various communications activities and campaigns • Support project management from briefing through execution • Monitor and coordinate internal and external workflows • Prepare briefings, timelines and cost estimates • Prepare client presentations and conduct client meetings • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary and dynamic team
• Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communication or an equivalent qualification • Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience in consulting within an advertising agency • Confident and engaging demeanor when interacting with clients • Proactive work style, flexibility, strong communication skills and organizational ability • Good MS Office skills and a true team player • Very good written and spoken German and English
