📋 Description

• Responsibility for international performance campaigns from strategy through execution • Direct communication with clients • Advising on and operationally implementing optimizations in the relevant tools • Planning, managing, and optimizing Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and App campaigns • Managing KPIs, budgets, and performance • Developing A/B/N and multivariate testing setups • Evaluating test results and deriving actionable optimizations • Preparing and presenting results to clients, including reporting and storyline development • Close collaboration with the Team Lead and an interdisciplinary team of specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Initial or solid experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SEA / Paid Search • Customer-centric mindset and solution-oriented approach • Confident, persuasive, and collaborative communication in day-to-day business and pitches • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics • English proficiency for regular professional use • German proficiency at a minimum C1 level • Certifications in relevant tools are a plus
