• We provide consulting and end-to-end implementation of media campaigns for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, XING, Amazon and others. • As (Senior) Paid Social Account Manager (all genders), you are the lead for our clients’ marketing campaigns across all social media channels. • You take responsibility for planning, campaign management and quality control, ensuring continuous development and optimization of campaigns. • With your expertise, you manage our B2C and B2B paid social campaigns holistically — from strategy to successful execution. • You independently handle budget and project controlling for many well-known brands on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other platforms. • You work in a great team and are closely connected internally with experts from all specialist disciplines such as creative, technology, programmatic, CRM, digital, research, SEA and SEO. • You collaborate with experts in traditional media planning on strategic and cross-media deployment of campaign budgets. • You are responsible for analyzing, interpreting, visually preparing and presenting the results of your work. • You regularly exchange ideas with your clients about current topics and trends and successfully develop the relationships with your contacts.
• Completed degree in business administration, communications or a comparable qualification • Several years of relevant professional experience in client consulting for paid social media campaigns on major platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) • Analytical skills, strong numerical understanding and structured working methods • Self‑initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliability • Enjoyment of client contact and confident presentation skills in German and English • In addition to solid technical knowledge, you convince through your consulting skills, team spirit and commitment
