• Active sales of a strong media portfolio — from TV and audio to digital and Out-of-Home (OOH). • Independent acquisition and development of new clients as well as the strategic expansion of existing accounts. • Plenty of creative freedom: you develop tailored sales strategies, pitch bespoke proposals, and bring your ideas directly to market. • Close collaboration with Consulting, Creative and Media — together you take campaigns and strategies to the next level. • First-hand market insights: you analyze trends, monitor competitors, and identify new growth opportunities for our portfolio.
• Several years of sales experience — ideally with a background at media sellers, publishers, or in the media/marketing industry. • A solid client network and a deep understanding of market dynamics, target audiences, and industry developments. • Strong knowledge of TV, audio, digital and OOH — you are confident across all relevant channels. • Independent, structured and proactive working style, combined with a passion for closing deals. • Team spirit and a willingness to help build: you actively contribute, think ahead, and help shape new processes and structures.
