• Lead delivery of high-value and in-scope contracted services across service delivery towers • Ensure performance goals, cost commitments, service excellence, and delivery targets are met • Monitor initiatives to improve deal P&L and optimize contracted-service value • Promote customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery • Proactively manage issues affecting service delivery and drive transformation and optimization • Manage scope, resources, delivery costs, and coordination • Analyze client delivery requirements and contribute to customer success plans • Identify incremental revenue opportunities • Act as the single point of delivery accountability within accounts • Serve as the principal contact for service operational and tactical issues • Develop and nurture executive-level client relationships with the Account Manager • Lead incident resolution, coordinate customer service requests, and ensure SLAs are met • Analyze trends, drive root-cause fixes, and develop proactive service excellence • Review customer demand, supply status, risks, and progress with Supply Chain • Monitor service performance, satisfaction, and financial signals • Lead escalations and coordinate delivery teams to prevent future risks • Manage the Requests for Change lifecycle and implement approved contract changes • Manage revenue forecasting and expense/cost targets • Improve margins, reduce waste, and recover underperforming accounts through recovery plans • Analyze cost drivers, usage patterns, and customer insights to identify delivery-streamlining opportunities • Lead customer value reviews and translate operational KPIs into strategic advantage • Build account roadmaps and align services with customer goals and growth plans • Monitor usage, customer behavior, and delivery patterns to identify unmet needs and sales opportunities • Act as a trusted advisor and provide industry-specific subject-matter expertise • Lead cross-organization optimization and knowledge-management strategies • Enhance customer engagement processes
• Bachelor or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or another related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence • Typically 7–9 years of work experience, preferably in ITIL/ITSM, business, customer support, or a related field • Fluent English • Other language knowledge is an asset • Strong collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills in cross-functional teams • Ability to manage conflict and complex situations • Ability to apply business acumen and a results-driven attitude • Comfortable working in a remote, virtual environment • Process and methodology focused • Service management certifications such as ITIL or Six Sigma • Proficiency with MS Office • Reporting tools and data management • Analytics skills
