📋 Description

• Serve as the change management point of reference for strategic projects • Conduct organizational diagnostics and impact assessments • Develop a Change Management strategy aligned with business objectives • Develop and execute communication and engagement plans • Support executive leadership in their role as change sponsors • Develop training plans and adoption journeys • Monitor engagement and adoption metrics • Manage organizational resistance and risks • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions • Support digital transformation, ERP, restructuring, and cultural evolution initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency • Experience in transformation projects • Proven experience in structured Change Management • Experience with digital or ERP projects • Knowledge of recognized change management frameworks • Experience in complex corporate environments • Strategic communication and influencing skills • Systems thinking and critical thinking • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments • Consultative and collaborative approach
