📋 Description

• Manage emails, calendars, and appointments efficiently. • Handle internal and external communication professionally. • Organize and maintain documents, reports, and records. • Coordinate with team members, freelancers, and clients. • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. • Assist in improving workflows and operational processes. • Respond to client inquiries and maintain follow-ups. • Schedule meetings and prepare summaries or notes. • Support hiring coordination, including screening and interview scheduling. • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry. • Conduct basic research and prepare reports as needed. • Assist with social media management, including post scheduling and coordination.
