• Promote and sell Hubbell Wiring Device – Kellems products • Manage existing business and develop new opportunities • Conduct sales calls to various clients in assigned territory • Schedule and perform product demonstrations • Produce budgetary project estimations • Provide prompt expert service to end-users and distributors • Train distributor personnel • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Concur • Complete personal sales training as directed
• A college degree is required • Four (+) years of related electrical product sales experience or a High School diploma with ten (+) years of related electrical product sales experience • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas • Excellent persuasive interpersonal skills • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service • Strong organizational skills • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) software or sales tracking systems • Ability to work collaboratively with teams • Electrical product sales experience is required • Experience selling to electrical contractors is preferred. • MS Office proficient with excellent presentation skills.
