📋 Description

• Guide prospects and customers through implementation and service strategy • Recommend the right implementation approach and ongoing services for HubSpot's complex upmarket customers • Diagnose customer needs based on business objectives and technical requirements • Create customized implementation plans • Work directly with customers to define resource needs • Establish clear milestones, project plans, and timelines for execution • Present plans to the customer's Executive team • Influence customer purchase decisions by driving urgency and certainty in recommended solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar role • Fluency in English • Customer-first mindset • Deep implementation expertise with complex SaaS software (CRM, ERP, etc) for large, complex customers • Experience driving value conversations to executive teams • Strong project management skills • Technical aptitude, with a deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy
