• Guide prospects and customers through the implementation and service strategy process • Recommend the right implementation approach for complex upmarket customers • Create customized implementation plans and recommend services or Solutions Partners • Define resource needs with the customer or partner • Present implementation plans to the customer's Executive team • Influence customer purchase decisions • Build relationships with accredited Solutions Partners
• Fluency in English & Spanish • Deep implementation expertise with complex SaaS software (CRM, ERP, etc) for large, complex customers • Experience helping customers drive organizational change • Experience driving value conversations to executive teams • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to provide a level of certainty and urgency to a customer • Strategic mindset for long-term planning • Strong project management skills • Strong technical aptitude with understanding of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy
