• Provide strategic insights and business intelligence to regional SMB sales leaders. • Oversee SMB segment performance, focusing on partner-led revenue, cloud adoption, and customer acquisition. • Lead the rhythm-of-business (ROB) and monthly business reviews (IARs). • Integrate partner-led sales motions into core operations. • Represent SMB in annual planning, influencing segmentation, coverage models, and quota setting. • Deliver actionable intelligence on metrics like partner attach rates, CSP renewals, and marketing-sourced demand. • Strengthen the partner ecosystem by improving renewal execution and aligning marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and DAX. • Experience with process management tools, such as Visio. • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, MySQL, and Excel. • Experience with BI tools would be considered a plus. • Experience with automation tools, such as Power Automate, would be considered a plus.
