📋 Description
• Embrace the chaos of startup life to bring structure in our HR processes • Audit current processes and culture, speak to the team • Create a clear plan of actions for the set-up and ongoing management/ growth of this business unit
🎯 Requirements
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field — a Master’s is a plus • 5+ years of experience in People & Culture related roles • You have experiences in remote companies HR/Culture or with similarly scoped projects • You love exploring new approaches and figuring things out • You know your stuff — local and global laws and HR best practices have no secret for you or at least you know where to get the info from • You have the patience to embrace the chaos — we are all in it together • You like to work independently & remotely — It's not for everyone • You have strong English communication skills • Bonus points for : Language: You speak Polish &/or French • Superpower: You have been a part of setting up an HR department from the ground up.
