📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers across a defined region • Deliver regional sales targets through structured and disciplined field execution • Set expectations for sales activity, territory performance and customer engagement • Build a performance-focused culture balancing accountability, engagement and professional development • Maintain a strong field presence and support customer-facing situations • Own regional sales performance and agreed revenue targets • Develop action plans to accelerate growth across existing and developing territories • Grow existing accounts, improve customer retention and acquire new business • Monitor performance against targets and develop recovery plans for underperforming territories • Conduct regular field coaching and support customer call planning and preparation • Coach representatives in objection handling, product positioning, competitive positioning, negotiation, pricing discussions, follow-up discipline and closing • Observe customer interactions and provide practical feedback • Create structured coaching and development plans • Translate regional targets into territory-level plans and review them regularly • Support customer segmentation, account prioritisation and call-cycle planning • Maintain accurate regional sales forecasts and review expected revenue by territory and key account • Analyse pipeline strength, ordering patterns and order cadence • Identify risks early and provide leadership with visibility of opportunities and expected outcomes • Build relationships with strategically important customers and support high-value accounts • Engage with clinics, doctors, nurses and other stakeholders as required • Support complex negotiations, customer retention and account growth • Operate within approved pricing structures, promotional guidelines, budget expectations and governance requirements • Monitor performance, address underperformance and develop performance improvement plans • Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Education, Training, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and leadership teams • Translate national sales priorities into regional actions • Support new product launches and growth initiatives • Communicate priorities, feedback, direction and performance updates • Lead challenging performance conversations and support the team through business transitions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and leading a direct sales team • Strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets • Strong field coaching capability with evidence of improving representative performance • Experience in territory planning, account prioritisation and forecasting • Ability to identify sales risks and implement practical recovery plans • Ability to support Account Managers in converting sales activity into orders and revenue • Strong customer relationship and key account management capability • Commercial discipline across pricing, promotions and ROI • Strong leadership, communication and change management capability • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused business environment • Preferred: Previous experience leading a field-based sales team • Preferred: Experience in aesthetics, injectables, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or a related clinical/commercial environment • Preferred: Strong understanding of clinic-based selling and customer conversion • Preferred: Experience launching or growing products in highly competitive markets • Preferred: Experience managing both established and developing territories • Preferred: Experience coaching representatives through objections, pricing discussions and competitive positioning • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to improve team engagement, capability and sales confidence • Strong sales leadership and commercial acumen • Demonstrated people-management capability • Advanced field coaching skills • Strong territory and account planning discipline • Strong forecasting and pipeline-management skills • Effective negotiation and influencing capability • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capability • Ability to manage performance constructively • Strong understanding of customer conversion and account growth • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving commercial environment • High level of accountability and follow-through
