📋 Description

• Create autonomous AI agents for 24/7 customer support, question resolution, and process automation. • Develop intelligent workflows to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and accelerate the sales cycle. • Design n8n automations to connect the entire customer journey, from first contact through post-sales support. • Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models, creating precise, human-centered prompts for customer interactions. • Integrate WhatsApp, chat, email, CRM, and other tools through APIs. • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to transform customer support challenges into innovative solutions. • Experiment with technologies to improve response times, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates. • Document, optimize, and ensure automations are scalable, reliable, and measurable.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with n8n: You have built complex automations and know how to get the most out of the platform. • Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and their real-world applications, beyond theory. • Ability to make AI deliver exactly what is needed through effective prompt engineering. • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth. • Programming logic and understanding of data structures. • Daily use of ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools, with an interest in keeping up with the latest developments. • Ability to analyze requirements and turn them into automated solutions. • Clear communication and strong teamwork skills. • Practical experience with customer support platforms, chatbots, or omnichannel solutions is a plus. • Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus. • Understanding of customer support metrics (CSAT, NPS, response time) and sales processes (qualification, pipeline, conversion) is a plus. • Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vectorization is a plus. • Experience with Make, Zapier, or other low-code/no-code platforms is a plus. • Experience with data and BI tools is a plus.
