📋 Description

• Serve as the global Oracle HCM Solution Architect within IT, supporting teams across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC • Align Oracle HCM configuration standards, process patterns, release readiness, and prioritization principles across regions • Participate in global governance, providing impact assessments, risk identification, solution recommendations, and architecture guidance • Own functional design and configuration decisions across Core HCM, Absence, Time & Labor, Onboarding, and Benefits • Maintain end-to-end Oracle HCM configuration and design standards, documentation, and guardrails • Translate business process improvement opportunities into system enhancements • Own functional requirements for Oracle HCM, ADP, payroll, and other HR-system integrations • Produce functional integration specifications covering business rules, data mapping, triggers, error handling, reconciliation, and acceptance criteria • Support integration testing, validation, and production troubleshooting • Evaluate and pilot AI-assisted processes, automation, agents, chatbots, and enterprise AI solutions • Provide functional direction to the offshore application support team, including incident triage, prioritization, requirements clarification, and outcome validation • Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues • Ensure change-control and deployment practices, including impact assessment, approvals, documentation, and readiness • Coordinate SIT/UAT, regression testing, evidence, and signoffs • Lead global functional input to quarterly Oracle update impact reviews and safe deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years HRIS experience with deep Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) functional expertise in a post-go-live environment • Strong expertise in Core HCM plus Absence and Time & Labor, Onboarding, Benefits and its integration touchpoints preferred • Strong HCM business acumen and experience, including integrating with other HR related solutions • Experience integrating with third party payroll systems, such as ADP Celergo, ADP GlobalView and others • Demonstrated experience creating strong functional integration specifications and partnering effectively with technical integration teams • Experience operating within structured change control and testing processes (regression/UAT/release readiness) • Proven ability to coordinate and quality-control work executed by an offshore application support team • Exposure to AI-enabled productivity, automation, and collaboration tools such as Claude, Codex, Microsoft Teams, Jira, agents, chatbots, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI platforms • Ability to work US EST or CST hours • Bachelor's Degree required (HR, Business, or HRIS preferred) • Minimum of 3 years of Oracle experience preferred; 5 to 7 years of HRIS specialized experience • Systems implementation experience • Previous global company experience preferred
