📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative and operational processes • Design, build and implement AI-powered workflows that deliver measurable business value • Automate data processing, reporting, lead management, document creation, research and internal administration • Build, test, monitor and continuously improve automation workflows • Evaluate new AI tools and technologies for practical business applications • Build and manage workflows using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate or similar platforms • Connect business applications and ensure accurate information flow between systems • Integrate CRM, accounting, project management, marketing, communication and other platforms • Use APIs and webhooks to create reliable integrations • Eliminate duplicate data entry and improve data accuracy • Troubleshoot and maintain existing integrations and automations • Use ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent AI tools to improve productivity • Develop AI prompts and AI-assisted workflows • Build AI assistants, knowledge bases and automated research or reporting workflows • Assist with AI agents, custom GPTs and other AI-powered solutions • Explore AI use cases for lead qualification, document processing, data classification, customer communication and internal knowledge management • Understand and document current business processes • Identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks and improvement opportunities • Recommend process changes before implementing automation • Build and implement improved workflows • Measure time savings and efficiency improvements • Create SOPs and process documentation • Document workflows, integrations and system processes • Create SOPs and guides for internal users • Train team members on newly implemented systems and tools • Ensure solutions are practical, maintainable and easy to understand • Work closely with management to improve business operations

🎯 Requirements

• Filipino (Philippines-based) candidate • 2–4+ years' experience in automation, systems, technology, operations, process improvement or a related role • Proven experience delivering automation or AI solutions in a real business environment • Strong hands-on experience with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate or similar platforms • Experience with AI tools/APIs such as OpenAI, Claude or Gemini • Strong knowledge of APIs, REST integrations, webhooks, OAuth and service accounts • Experience integrating multiple business platforms • Working capability in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with PDF, invoice and document-data extraction • Experience with CSV, spreadsheet and database processing • Experience with testing, error handling, logging, monitoring and duplicate prevention • Secure credential and API-key management experience • Experience using Git or another source-control system • Strong understanding of business workflows and process improvement • Ability to map processes and identify automation opportunities • Ability to take ownership from concept through implementation, testing and ongoing support • Ability to document systems and workflows for maintenance by another developer • Strong problem-solving, analytical and attention-to-detail skills • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly • Highly desirable: Fergus, ServiceM8, simPRO, Tradify or similar job-management software • Highly desirable: Google Workspace, particularly Gmail, Drive and Sheets integrations • Highly desirable: supplier invoice matching and price-list comparisons • Highly desirable: labour-versus-estimate or job-cost reporting • Highly desirable: OCR and document-intelligence platforms • Highly desirable: Power BI, Looker Studio or similar dashboards • Highly desirable: Australian trade, construction or field-service businesses
