📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows using Claude, Make, Zapier, and APIs • Automate repetitive business processes across customer service, operations, and eCommerce platforms • Integrate Shopify, CRM platforms, and other third-party applications • Develop workflows to intelligently route tasks, escalate complex cases, and maintain accurate system records • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize workflows • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation • Document automation processes, system architecture, and best practices • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into practical automation solutions • Stay current with emerging AI tools and automation technologies and recommend improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience designing and implementing AI or workflow automation solutions • Strong understanding of automation platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar tools • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable large language models within business workflows • Experience integrating APIs and connecting multiple business systems • Familiarity with Shopify, CRM platforms, and eCommerce operations is highly desirable • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Experience with programming or scripting such as JavaScript or Python is an advantage but not required • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple automation projects independently • Systems-thinking mindset and passion for improving business processes through AI and automation • Must be Philippines-based • Must disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
