• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms. • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights. • Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications. • Assist with lead generation and customer engagement initiatives. • Create engaging marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials. • Develop graphics, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines. • Coordinate content updates across websites and digital platforms. • Ensure consistency of messaging and visual branding across all channels. • Assist with website content updates and maintenance. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding website improvements. • Support SEO initiatives and content optimisation efforts. • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements. • Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines. • Coordinate marketing assets, databases, and digital resources. • Assist with event marketing, property promotions, and stakeholder communications. • Prepare marketing reports and track key performance metrics. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis. • Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices within the property and real estate industry. • Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and audience engagement.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordination role. • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation. • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Experience supporting real estate, property, construction, or professional services businesses. • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms. • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising. • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools. • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
