📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI roles • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting processes • Write and post compelling and accurate job advertisements • Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication throughout the hiring process • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience • Communicate clearly and effectively with both candidates and clients • Build long-term relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities • Manage recruitment workflows and ATS systems efficiently • Support the founder with talent mapping and market research • Provide market insights and hiring intelligence when needed • Maintain organized recruitment pipelines and candidate records

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or technical hiring • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct outreach • Experience placing technical roles with a good understanding of the candidate market • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles independently • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment workflows • Comfortable working closely with a founder in a fast-moving and lean environment • Nice to Have: • Experience working within retained or contingent search firms • Exposure to Security, AI, or deep-tech talent markets • Experience supporting US-based or international clients
