📋 Description

• Coordinate branding and website projects from kick-off meetings through strategy, design, development, and launch. • Act as the primary client contact, provide regular updates, and obtain content and approvals. • Run regular meetings, remove roadblocks, and escalate competencies when required. • Coordinate quality assurance and assist with the technical logistics of website launches. • Coordinate clients, designers, and developers throughout the production process. • Deliver high-quality websites and branding on time while maintaining client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Project Management or Web Project Management, preferably within a digital, creative, or web development agency. • Proven experience managing website projects end-to-end, from client kick-off and briefing through design, development, QA, and launch. • Strong understanding of website production, including CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), UX/UI, responsive design, and website functionality. • Experience coordinating designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client expectations. • Working knowledge of digital marketing, branding, SEO fundamentals, and website strategy. • Proficiency in project management tools. • Strong quality assurance skills, with the ability to identify website issues and coordinate fixes before launch. • Excellent client management, communication, and deadline management skills. • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work. • Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile, clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”.
