📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple security projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables are adhered to • Act as the primary liaison between IT/security engineers, vendors, and clients • Maintain accurate project dashboards, risk logs, and status reports • Prepare comprehensive handover documentation upon project completion • Organize schedules and allocate team resources • Lead virtual project alignment meetings during the designated shift • Identify project bottlenecks, security risks, and resource constraints • Escalate critical issues to senior leadership with actionable solutions • Recommend and implement workflow improvements to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and security compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Strict minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project coordination, project management, or operations management—preferably within the physical security, cybersecurity, or IT sectors • Must be fully available and willing to work a dedicated night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT • Must be based in the Philippines • Secure, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a secondary backup connection • Strong working knowledge of project management and CRM software, such as Jira, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project • Knowledge of enterprise communication tools • Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency • Capable of drafting professional executive updates and leading alignment calls with global stakeholders • Highly meticulous and exceptionally organized • Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision during off-peak local hours
