🎯 Requirements
• U.S. work authorization is required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience • At least 5 years of client or account management experience, preferably for software • Previous Account Management and/or Customer Success Management experience • Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills • Willingness and ability to travel annually on a 25 - 50% basis; work extended hours as necessary
