• 2+ years of outbound sales or lead-gen experience in B2B SaaS (Senior) OR 1–2 years (Mid-Level) • Proven track record of booking demos with CEOs, founders, or department heads • Hunter mentality: you thrive on targets, competition, and overachievement • Fluent English with exceptional phone and written communication skills • Hands-on with HubSpot (or similar CRM like Salesforce, Pipedrive) and modern sales tech stacks • Comfort working 100 % remotely and aligning with US EST hours • Fast learner who can master new AI products and value props quickly
