• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, and closing. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent quota attainment. • Deliver persuasive presentations that clearly articulate value propositions tailored to specific client needs. • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to customer success. • Maintain accurate records and forecasts within the CRM to provide visibility into sales activity.
• Proven track record of success in a closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. • Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders. • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a "hunter" mentality. • Experience managing a high-volume pipeline with precision and organization. • Professional presence with the ability to build trust quickly with prospective clients. • **Nice-to-Haves** • Previous experience selling SaaS or technical solutions. • Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM equity (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot). • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
