📋 Description

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. • Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to improve campaign performance. • Monitor daily ad performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. • Develop and execute A/B tests for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages. • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency. • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging. • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. • Manage advertising budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend allocation. • Stay up to date with Meta platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices. • Troubleshoot account issues, tracking discrepancies, and campaign performance fluctuations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns. • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite. • Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROAS improvements. • Experience running lead generation, eCommerce, or conversion-focused campaigns. • Knowledge of pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion attribution. • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, or CRM platforms is a plus. • Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and time management skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • Experience working with international clients or agencies is preferred.
