• Conduct 80–100 outbound calls per day to engage B2B prospects. • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. • Book qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain a consistent pipeline. • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points. • Work closely with Account Executives to hand off sales-ready leads. • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and manage lead activity. • Follow up diligently and creatively to maximise contact-to-meeting conversion. • Continuously optimise outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
• 2+ years of outbound SDR or cold calling experience in a B2B environment. • Proven success in high-volume calling roles (80+ calls/day). • Strong English communication skills—both verbal and written. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo). • Comfortable with rejection and resilient in hitting KPIs. • Goal-driven, proactive, and highly coachable. • Experience in SaaS, tech, or agency sales is a strong plus.
