📋 Description

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency • Provide accurate information and support to customers in both English and Spanish • Document customer interactions and updates within the internal tracking system • Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining a high level of satisfaction • Collaborate with the wider team to improve service delivery and internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or client-facing role • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment • Previous experience in a technical support or sales-driven environment (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with telecommunications or e-commerce platforms (nice-to-have) • Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting (nice-to-have)
