📋 Description

• Build complete GoHighLevel client systems from scratch, including funnels, surveys with complex conditional logic, workflows, calendars, pipelines, and custom fields • Integrate and troubleshoot Meta CAPI, lead-event mapping, form/trigger scoping, and cross-sub-account tracking • Use Claude and Claude Code daily to build, debug, and document systems • Complete new client GoHighLevel builds within 6 business hours of kickoff while maintaining an 80%+ no-rework quality standard • Convert repeat builds into scalable snapshots and SOPs • Deliver at least two unprompted system improvements per month • Handle daily GoHighLevel maintenance, fixes, and diagnostic requests with same-business-day resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience in a multi-client agency environment • Experience with snapshots, workflows, and funnels at volume • Expert-level Claude usage for building and debugging, with ability to demonstrate the AI workflow live during interviews • Deep knowledge of GoHighLevel workflow automation, CRM administration, and funnel building • Proven experience with Meta CAPI and diagnosing conversion tracking issues • Ability to work 9 AM–5 PM US Pacific Time (PST) permanently • Candidates located in Latin America strongly preferred • Exceptional async written English • Comfort recording Loom videos for internal and client clarity • Proactive approach to system improvement • Experience with Claude Code tooling preferred • Mortgage, real estate, or financial services background preferred • Advanced Webhooks and custom JavaScript/Python skills for API integrations preferred • Proficiency with Zapier, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred • Experience building custom GoHighLevel dashboards preferred
