📋 Description

• Direct and guide customers and project teams through strategic engagements from pre-sales through the project life cycle • Apply deep industry solution technical or functional knowledge to complex delivery projects requiring senior leadership • Provide consulting expertise and best-practice recommendations from discovery through post-go-live optimization • Advise implementation teams through discovery, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of complex software solutions • Serve as a thought leader in the domain and provide leadership for product solution deployment and industry best practices • Provide senior management with feedback on delivery, software, and solution improvement opportunities • Support business development, sales-to-service handoffs, and solution scoping • Create delivery methods, tools, and work products • Identify and resolve high-visibility technical or business issues • Develop and present internal training courses • Perform project management responsibilities, including customer point-of-contact duties, stakeholder management, scheduling, and team mobilization • Conduct discoveries, document requirements, and lead customers on business requirements and success criteria • Align products and solutions with industry needs in collaboration with product and solution management • Act as a trusted customer advisor and drive future engagement opportunities • Contribute to team and department growth and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Experience in consulting and delivering software solutions • Advanced consulting skills (client management communication etc.) • Advanced knowledge of Hyland project implementation methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and experienced in multi-tasking • Fast learner with an understanding of technology • Ability to work in a team environment and bring about consensus • Ability to provide exceptional follow through and be customer-service driven • Excellent business acumen to understand the business issues our clients are facing and ability to translate these into technical requirements • Demonstrated superior communications capability at the senior executive level both internally as well as with customers • Ability to provide guidance and support to developing team members • Typical travel is 35%; may require up to 50% depending on the assignment and business requirements • Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
